Investing with us means that you no longer need to waste your energy trying to understand your power bill, or working out if your solar and batteries are working correctly.
We strive to give you great customer service, not only during the installation but after our handover. In fact, you may hear from us years down the track as we monitor your systems energy input and output!
1. QUICK START
A quick start conversation over the phone to answer a couple of questions to understand your specific Solar Energy needs and set a time for your onsite consultation. The information gathered during this chat helps Precision prepare a starting point in planning specifically for your consultation.
2. CONSULTATION
A 20 - 30 minute onsite consultation to meet with you and chat, ensures your involved in the selection and planning process. After visually assessing your site, we spend the time with you to explain our suggestions and ideas we have, taking in consideration your plan and budget to best suit your energy needs.
During this time Precision assess your site, meter boxes, electrical cables and suitable locations for the proposed insulation. By answering a few final questions you will enable us to start putting together your Precision Solar Energy Plan.
3. OUTLINE
You’ll receive your Precision Solar outline via email within 5 working days. This will show all the upfront costs, plans, processes regarding your solar investment within an agreed time.
Once you are happy with the planned outline and you’re ready to proceed, applications will be sent to your local energy provider to start the installation process.
4. INSTALLATION
We will install and deliver according to your agreed solar outline. A planned start date will see us arrive on site early to start the installation and finish with final testing of the system and clean up at the end of day, depending on the size of the system.
As solar is driven by sunlight testing and final electrical work may need to be conducted the following day in full sunlight to ensure the peek running and full testing of the completed system.
5. HANDOVER
At your handover we will show you how your system works, ways to best use your production, use of the downloaded “app”, applying for the new meter and to answer any other questions you may have.
You’ll then receive via email your completed documentation relating to your new system, warranty, maintenance plan, contact details and the updated Precision Solar Energy Plan.
6. MONITORING
Not only will we monitor your system for 5 years, we’ll perform a Precision Solar Check up 1 year after the installation to ensure continued service and peak production. This allows us to touch base with you to make sure you continue to get the best out of using your system now and in the future.
